Refund/cancellation policy

Refund Policy for Spectrum Cleaning Service:

  1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your cleaning service appointment, please do so at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund.
  2. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide the best cleaning services possible. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation.
  3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are typically issued in the following situations:
    • Service not provided: If we fail to deliver the cleaning service as scheduled due to our fault (e.g., a no-show by our cleaning crew), a full refund will be issued.
    • Unsatisfactory service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, we will work to address the issue first. If we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.
  4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-14 business days.
  5. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
    • Cancellation with insufficient notice, as per our cancellation policy.
    • If the condition of the premises significantly differs from what was communicated at the time of booking.
    • Damage or breakage caused by the customer or their pets during the cleaning.
    • If the customer interferes with or obstructs the cleaning crew’s work.
  6. Deposit Policy: If a deposit was required to secure your cleaning appointment, it may be subject to different terms and conditions regarding refunds.
  7. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as a natural disaster or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or suspend our refund policy.
